  :: APRM TRAINING PROGRAMME
 

Course Objective:
The objective of the training is to provide orientation to the candidate for the Associate Professional Risk Manager (APRM) exam conducted by PRMIA.

The APRM program is certified by the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA). To learn more about PRMIA please visit www.prmia.org.

Programme Design:
The training programme for APRM is designed by senior bankers, senior professors and industry leaders. The course will assist the candidates to gain basic understanding of the topics of the APRM course and will enable them to complete their study for taking the test for certification.

APRM covers core concepts of risk management and enables non-specialists to understand, interpret and use risk management information and evaluate the implications of the application and results.

Course Outcomes:
The training programme will enable the candidates prepare thoroughly, take the tests conducted in the training programme and effectively take the final test for APRM certification.

Upon completing the training, the trainees will gain knowledge about the financial system, financial markets and risk management which facilitates efficient risk management practices on the job.

Passing the Associate PRM will demonstrate the essential knowledge necessary to understand and manage risks in any corporate or economic environment. The Associate PRM exam consists of 90 questions (Passing grade: 60%).

APRM Course Registration:
Registration for the PRMIA’s Associate PRM Exam can be done through International Institute for Insurance & Finance (IIIF, an ITM Group institution). Such registration entitles one to a 25% discount on exam fees voucher. Call or email for further detail.

Training Programme Registration:
Registrations for the training programme will be accepted on first come first served basis till October 10, 2009.

Course Fees:
As an introductory offer for the first batch at Hyderabad, the course fee is fixed at Rs.20,000/- towards class room training and study material. DD / Cheque favoring International Institute for Insurance and Finance, should be payable at Hyderabad.

Course Commencement:
The first batch APRM training programme commences on October 24, 2009 and will continue on every Saturday and Sundays thereafter as per the number of the sessions.
